Very kind & patient help. It’s such a fast paced operation that you need to stop & breathe on occasion! Cost of repairs are reasonable!
The lady working the counter today is absolutely rude and nasty. I don't care if you are having a bad day, you don't take it out on customers. She either needs serious help with her attitude and anger issues or she needs to find another job. My family and I will never have service completed here again.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for over 5 years and I've never been disappointed. They're service advisor Mike is a real straight shooter. He doesn't BS me into anything I don't need and is very trustworthy.
They are the worst. Had a manager laugh in my face would not honor a coupon. Also went in for a flat asked them to check my car over because if I needed anything else I wanted it done well they said no everything is good. Next morning woke up car was completely dead. Needed a battery also check engine light is still on and the light to put air in a tire is on. DONT GO !!!
Been coming here since 2008 staff and service is outstanding, whenever you problem with your car come to firestone and they do a lot of work for a lot less money then pepboys keep up the good work.
