Jose, Riley, and Silas help me a lot with my repair decision. The mechanics were wonderful and took care of my vehicle. They diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner.
It seems like the promotion that you're running is making it impossible for your people to respond to issues. Went in for a leaky head gasket and spark plugs. Got the repairs. Left with a non-leaking oil system and a new transmission sensor issue (completely unrelated apparently). After driving to work with shaky transmission shifts, I find that there's a serious check transmission light on as soon as I go over 45 mph. Calling Firestone, they tell me it's the car going into "learning mode" and I should be able to drive on it... read more
