Jose and his team were awesome. It was close to closing time and I had a flat. They quickly took care of it. Can’t thank them enough. 5-stars for customer service!
I come to this location because the manager, Jose, is honest and does exactly what he says he's going to do. Lets face it, Firestone Complete Auto is NOT the cheapest car repair in town. But at least I know when my car is completed, it was done right. I always appreciate the honesty of Jose's recommendations. I always maintain my cars and its good to know Jose will not recommend something if its not needed, even if I think its needed. As long as Jose is there, I will take my cars to him.
Update after 1 month: no one from Firestone has actually tried to contact me to apologize. Them caring in the reply is obviously just to save face online. I was completely right. Meineke's folks found the issue and fixed it in 15 minutes. Firestone sweeps their mistakes under the rug. It seems like the promotion that you're running is making it impossible for your people to respond to issues. Went in for a leaky head gasket and spark plugs. Got the repairs. I’ve been to this location a handful of times over the past few years, and the service has always been solid. Today I stopped in to see if they could help recalibrate and pair the TPMS sensors on my wheels. Even though the shop was completely full, Jose went above and beyond to take care of the issue and get everything working properly. I can’t recommend this shop enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work. Thanks Joel
