I use to work at this location and I am extremely happy that Jose and David still work there. Jose made sure that all my service needs were correct in the system and wasn't being billed for unnecessary items. I will only trust David to work on my brand new truck and my family's vehicles when I can't do it myself like tires and alignments because I don't have the equipment to do them services.
The staff at the Belaire/121 Firestone are always really helpful and knowledgeable especially Jose who always explains in a ‘language’ I understand. I trust him with the care of my car as he is always honest with what is necessary now and what are not so urgent or necessary. I appreciate that and why I will always return to this location.
Last Saturday June 28 I had a Tyre emergency in Lewisville TX.. Riley was awesome. He quickly checked all 4 tires and found a nail in my back driver's side. He told me to bring my back 2014 Equinox in Sun and they'd take care of it. I bought 3 new tires but kept back passenger tire. Thank you Riley at Firestone AND Bart and Ceasar at Antonio's Auto. Hugs and see you at the par-taay!!
