Went in this morning in order to get a bad alignment from another Firestone corrected, and they were welcoming, understanding, and quick to get it done. Everyone in the shop was friendly and knew what they were doing. I believe Eric was the one who was advising me, and if so, he was excellent!!!!
So I just brought my truck in 6/29/25 for a tire rotation and an alignment. I pick it up and hit the road and I noticed a shaking. It wasn't doing that before. I just came back after work today 6/30/25 for them to take a look at it and the front desk guy said the tech who did it wasn't experiencelanky! Get somebody experienced to double check your work. Biggest ripp off around!! they told me my truck needed new tires, brakes, and shocks all around. And when I told him what I thought the problem was and showed him a picture he looked at me like I was crazy. Took the truck to ford dealership and the fixed my problem by replacing the part I told him was broke
