No sense of urgency or customer service.
No sense of Urgency! Took a whole hour to fix a flat tire. I called ahead of time the previous day, and could not make an appointment, nor could a representative tell me how long it was going to take as I tried to prioritize my time. My family and I was out of town, in a car rental, and this is where the car rental place referred me to with a voucher. Very poor customer service!!!!!!! Can't trust no one!!! If you get any work did on your car at this location make sure to go to another mechanic! Have that other mechanic check the work that was done!! Mainly make sure whatever they put on your car it is tighten!!! 1st time is considered a mistake but the 2nd and 3rd time I THINK ITS ON PURPOSE!!! They put parts on and don't tighten them Fred!!
