I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Firestone. I was told to bring my car in at 3:30 PM on a Saturday to get an alignment done before they closed. I showed up early, at 3:15 PM, only to be told that they wouldn’t be able to do it after all and that I’d have to wait until Monday. If they weren’t going to honor the time they gave me, why tell me to come in the first place? This was a complete waste of my time and very poor communication on their part. This place does not honor the warranties they sell!!!! They will let your vehicle sit there hours even days if you don’t contact them..and don’t let your car sit there overnight, it gets broken in and they won’t pay for it..

I didn’t read the previous reviews before visiting but I wish I would have. Hope mine helps or deters the next potential customer.
My husband made an appointment to have our car looked at. The guy confirmed they worked with our warranty company, no problems..... I get there, and the same guy barely even acknowledged me. I showed him my warranty paperwork, and he said he'd never heard of them! I'll glady take my business elsewhere.
