Did not fix my AC and still charged me full price. I asked for explanation and couldn't give me one. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They wouldn’t give me any price points or information until I allow them to put my car on the lift later to find out once I did it was an automatic cost. I ended up not doing work with them, but still had to pay for that and wait for them to do it. If they just gave me that information, I would’ve immediately declined their service.
