Have had multiple issues with this place and today broke the camel's back! Set a appointment for 9am today for an oil change and to check a headlight that was previously changed by them that went out 90 days later if they even changed it in the first place I have my doubts now. Great place, and open on weekends.
Time wise - it wasn’t bad at all... a little over an hour and a half for all new tires and an oil change. But tires for a Tucson are mighty expensive!!! Yikes!!!
4 tires were replaced under manufacturers warranty. In and done before the time he quoted. Always friendly and accurate service.
I have used their services for a while. They are always polite, prompt and professional.
Service writers Joe and Kevin took great care of me. Joe made my experience great while Dave the Area Manager set everything up. Kevin went above and beyond, drove to the parts store himself to pick up a part needed for my vehicle. Great work to the technician, regret I didn't catch his name. Car runs smooth and I have a peace of mind traveling with my family or to work. Exemplary customer service all the way around. Thank you guys.
