One of the worst mechanic places I’ve ever been to. I went in for them to check out my front end and my shocks and they did a safety inspection, and my safety inspection wasn’t due till May. I didn’t ask for a safety inspection to be done they just took it upon themselves to do it. I called the corporate number and they said the area manager would call me and he never did.
Recommendedgood quality and honest work
I gave them the list of what The dealer said needed to be done. When I got back (it was done early!) I was surprised because they said my filters did not need changing. I was so happy that they didn’t just do it because I said so. They saved me money and I will be going back for more service. I appreciate people being honest!
I have always been treated with respect. They tell you upfront if it will take a while and give you the option of waiting or dropping off you car. Being a widow I know they will be fair and will not try to take advantage of me.
Walked out after waiting 1.5 hours today because I had to pick up my son. Called early while at a Dr appt and was told that I didn't need an appt for an oil change, just come on in they said. Checked with counter agent a couple times and he said my car could be done in time. I ended up just asking for my key back. Two other people came in after I was already there and one was finished and left, the other's vehicle was being taken in the garage right before I asked for my key back. Polite staff, competitive pricing, and quick service! I will definitely be going back
One of the worst places to take your vehicle. Every single visit there is an excuse why they can't do this or can't do that. Don't waste your time with this location. You'd be better off taking your vehicle to Walmart.
