The pictures say it all. Took car in for oil change, Firestone spends 40 minutes on it and then says they can’t do it do to previous shop cross threading oil nut, we drive home and notice a pool of oil in the morning so we take it to previous shop. Firestone lied and had actually completely broken the housing to the pan nut and had it fall inside the pan causing a huge leak, such liars. What would their mothers say? Took my car in for what should have been a very standard and simple oil change.. after about 45 minutes of Firestone having my car up they inform me that due to previous work from another shop they could not service my vehicle. They said that the other shop had cross threaded a bolt into the oil pan, and suggested I take it back to that shop to have them fix it. Firestone claimed they did not touch my vehicle yet within 36 hours my reserved parking spot is COVERED in oil that has leaked out of my car after leaving Firestone.... read more

I took my car in to have the brakes checked. turns out I didn't need brakes. good news. the employees were all very helpful and explained what was going on with my car. A day later my car would not start. got a jump at took it back to Firestone and they apologized for not checking the battery the first time it was brought in. The employee did all that he could to make it right.
Computers were down and they were short staffed, but they still provided me with friendly and wonderful service as always! Great job guys, we'll be back!
I had a flat in the pouring rain, with a week old baby and new mom in tow. I walked several blocks to this place and hour before closing. They turned me out into the rain in a very rude manner. I hitchhiked to Les Schwab. They repaired the tire for free and gave me a ride to my car. All of my buddies who have been there also have horror stories. Damage to the vehicle, hundreds of miles on te odometer, gas tank emptied etc.
