Greedy and dishonest. I don't believe they did anything to the tire except over inflated it. I will have to get someone else to check the tire to see if it was actually repaired. I informed the warranty company also of what happened at this establishment. They advised me to get it rechecked since they were already paid for the so-called repair.
Very helpful staff and lots of onsite parking. Large waiting area and restrooms. I've always been satisfied with their work.
Every time I’ve needed a vehicle inspection they’ve always been able to get me in and out quickly with amazing customer service.
Absolutely amazing service. Had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow but was able to bring my bikes in early for a safety inspection. Was able to get all of my bikes done in one day. I have been a repeat customer because they’re always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend
I came in to Firestone @7am after being towed in by Roadside assistance because I had a flat tire Firestone worked me in I was there bout two hours my car was ready and I was satisfied. Firestone is a good company I only spend my money with them. Love the quality . Thanks Firestone
