Received an attitude when dropping off (past hours, your hours aren’t up to date online) dropping off for tomorrows work appointment, failed to deliver to me before noon made appointment 3 weeks out. Interior of Car has dirty finger prints everywhere. Service has dropped drastically over the years.
I had my Virginia State Safety Inspection done here, and the entire experience was excellent. I was able to book an appointment the same week, and the customer service was outstanding from my very first phone call through the visit itself. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely service-minded. Everything was handled efficiently, making it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location.
Great customer service great prices they never tried to rip you off
Great customer service and friendly staff. I was not pressured into any services or products I didn't need. It did take a while, but services take time. They're human, not our fairy godparents. My only suggestion is to add a few more chairs in the waiting area.
Really disappointed with my experience. Dropped my car off at 12:15pm on Tuesday for an oil change and a tire rotation and was given a 90-120 min estimate for these services. Had my girlfriend pick me up and went home to get stuff done. Come 4pm I had not gotten any updates so I called them. I was informed that the services had not been started and was given the options to either pick my vehicle up now or if I could wait until the next day, it would be the first car worked on and would be ready the next morning.
