My Honda Accord was expertly tuned up and the AC repaired actually prior to suggested pickup time. Firestone personnel were very knowledgeable about repairs and were efficient and pleasant. Car is running great and it's nice to feel safe in it once again. Will return if and when necessary.

Cameron is a….Charged 173.00 to remove fog lamps for 2006 Jeep Wrangler fog lamps for a state Inspection that were ‘thrown in the garage”. Visually inspected and replaced brakes and drums and somehow the calipers (part of the brake system” rusted overnight. 2 trips to get brakes replaced and fog lamps “thrown away, was offered to split the cost to replace. Car service is ok. Called in to set up appointment 2 days ago. Called this morning to be reminded of exact time, woman (whos always nice..love her) said she didn't find my appointment (he didn't create it 😒) Bathroom stinks/doesn't have toilet paper. And there are dead roaches laying around on the floor in it..
