Chuck and his team at Firestone have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service since I first began using them nearly 3 years ago - down to texting me with updates instead of calling because they remembered me saying that I was going to be in meetings all day. That is customer service! It is nice to have a reliable and trustworthy auto care shop that is walk-able to those living in Downtown Norfolk.
4 hours and 32 minutes for an Oil Change and Inspection. I was quoted 1 hour 30 minutes. When I complained, the tech said that he meant 1hr 30m for it to be pulled into the bay (as if that's what I meant when I asked "how long will it take"?). Very poorly run shop, and I wish I had listened to the people who warned me against going here :(
Dropped my car off to get two new tires. I had made an appointment earlier in the day and explained what needed done. The service advisor called me in about an hour and said the job had been completed. There was a misunderstanding on which tires to be replaced. The advisor took care of the problem quickly and gave me a credit for my time. I left feeling satisfied and very happy with the young lady that took the initiative to make things right. I would recommend at this point.
The staff is great, but I just had my alternator replaced here last November and here I am replacing what appears to be a brand new alternator just 7 months later because it's dead. That's a lot of money to throw down the drain!
Stopped in because I got a flat tire around the corner, I was expecting to wait hours. The staff is super personable and friendly and the service was fast! Thank you!!
April and Tina were very professional and informative. When I thanked them for their time they said "That's what we're here for." Great job, ladies!
