I arrived at this Firestone at 5:10pm on a Friday, 50 min before closing, place was empty. I was greeted rudely for the 4th time in a row by the same person who seems to be the only person they have working customer service ("you got an appointment?") as soon as I entered the door, and was told that I can't drop off keys because "we bout to close." Staff is excellent and services are top notch. Competitive pricing and fast turn around times. Lucky to have them so close to home!
The process was easy and the staff were very professional. They told us everything about what we needed to know about the repairs. The car was even ready ahead of schedule and we were able to get honest responses to our questions. When we told them we had carshield warranty they worked with us. It was a good experience and we could tell immediately that they took good care of our car.
Not all Firestone service center's are equal, but this Firestone in Norfolk off of Granby Street gets it right the first time.
