The process was easy and the staff were very professional. They told us everything about what we needed to know about the repairs. The car was even ready ahead of schedule and we were able to get honest responses to our questions. When we told them we had carshield warranty they worked with us. It was a good experience and we could tell immediately that they took good care of our car.
Not all Firestone service center's are equal, but this Firestone in Norfolk off of Granby Street gets it right the first time.
Just before closing they repaired a tire.Got me back on my way....fast and reasonable.
The technician did a great job communicating with me about my vehicle. Very professional. The folks at the front desk were very friendly.
