Excellent work by the Firestone team at this location. Ubaldo was super clear, concise, and easy to work with when trying to figure out what work to get done. Definitely recommend this shop!

Took our Subaru Outback in for an inspection, and Firestone said car would not pass the inspection unless we had the front brakes/calipers replaced and brake fluid flushed. One week before going to Firestone, I had the car at a mechanic's garage and they checked both front and rear brakes and confirmed the brake pads/rotors were like new, and the calipers had no issues. I even had the mechanic document the brake condition. When I told Firestone that the front brake pads/rotors were good, they still insisted I needed new ones... read more
