I will never take my car here again! They told me I needed 4 new tires, a new tie rod, an alignment and front brakes, pads and rotors. They quoted me $261.41 for a new right inner tie rod, $385.95 for the brakes And $93.99 for the alignment. I could tell they were price gouging and took my car to another shop. I ended up needing 2 new tires and I was able to get everything else done For half the price! This is the second time they’ve tried to overcharge me. Do not take your vehicle here!

The new costumer service manager made my day. Connor went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. I had previously shied away from this location because of bad reviews, but this Firestone will be my go to location for all of my car maintenance and repairs.
My car went in for an oil change, brake pads and tire rotation. I need to send kudos to Connor, he did an excellent job, kept me informed, and made me feel safe driving home knowing my car was in good hands. Anthony handled the busy morning behind the desk with ease and the best customer service I’ve ever seen so early in the morning and with challenging customers.
