I’ve been calling your “cooperate” off a week bc You location on Northwoods Blvd . I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. I brought a brand new vehicle with 4000 miles in for an oil change. I was told about 20 minutes. almost 2 hours later they come into the waiting room to ask for my registration. I ask why and they said its needed for the inspection. did you not notice that my inspection stickers were only 3 months old. also.. the 2 people working should really keep their voices down when having private conversations in a room with 4 customers.
Took my car in 4 weeks ago they diagnosed the issue I paid $700 to fix it and get inspection. The same thing happened and now they tell me I need a transmission for $1500. If they diagnosed it correctly the first time I never would have dumped the $700 in it. So frustrating.
Absolutely the worst service anywhere. Over 2 hours for an inspection with a scheduled first appointment. I lot of standing around talking not much working, if I could give zero stars I would TERRIBLE!!!
The guys are always very nice and helpful. Got a tire fixed and a turn signal bulb changed. My husband used them for his car also and we have always been satisfied with their service. Won't take my car anywhere else.
Always super helpful, always do an amazing job!! The only Firestone I go to! They older gentlemen at the front is always happy and such a nice guy!
