I came in and met Jake. Who is amazing .and made me feel so at ease .to give me information on the condition of my car ..so kind and understanding ..I felt in the best place. On earth .then I meet Aron. Who reassured me my cars condition is fantastic ..hes wonderful .too. he took all the time needed to go through .what was going on ..they sure work great together .and I got new windshield wipers ..this has been a perfect day .... .wonderful .to be treated with such honesty .
I have been taking my cars here for about ten years. They used to be so good. I could rely on them to discover and fix the problem. Recently they have been terrible! They did a coolant flush and before I got home I got a warning light that I needed to add coolant. They obviously didn’t run the engine long enough for the coolant to get into the engine. Then, on a different vehicle they replaced the water pump without replacing the hoses and one of the hoses burst a few days later. Most recently they tried to fix the hvac unit... read more
