Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I called ahead to make an appointment for an alignment (my car had a slight pull to the right) and oil change, when I arrived I stood in the lobby, without greeting for what seemed like 10 minutes, it was probably only 5, I made eye contact with several employees, none who seemed to care I was standing there waiting.
