Came in on a Sunday with a loose wheel and Dave got us tightened up and back on the road in minutes. Thank you for being open on a sunday and having great employees like Dave.
Jake and Aaron took amazing care of my flat tire today that had a huge screw in it, at no cost since I bought my tires from them.. best choice ever! They got me in and out in record timing! Thank you to both of them and the rest of the Firestone team in Marysville Washington!
Brought my car in for a "complete plus" inspection as there is a scraping sound coming from one of my wheels. The tech told me that I needed new brakes, but not right away. The tech failed to mention the seized brake caliper. They also did not address the headlight that is out which I already knew about and left to be sure they were actually doing a complete inspection. I have to wonder what I actually paid for if these issues weren't caught. Seems like my car was pulled into the bay and just left there until I picked it up.... read more
I came in after buying a car from carvana. They promised to replace the battery and I was sent here. I dealt with Bryan. Silverrock insurance told him no after much fighting despite it being promised to be replaced. So I left with no battery and tried dealing with carvana instead! A couple days after heading home he called me much to my suprise and let me know he got them to replace it as it clearly needed replacing! Bryan went above and beyond in getting me safely on the road.
They are friendly, fast, flexible, and thorough. The oil change price was fair. The $9.99 full inspection is worth it. Even though I will not do all the repairs with Firestone, the information was accurate and the report clear and very helpful. Thank you!
