After the lack of ownership they took in an ERROR THEY MADE which caused a transmission to need to be completed replaced I will never go here and you shouldn’t either

They failed us on a state inspection for 700 in repairs for them to pass. One thing they failed was wipers... That were upgraded and less than a month old!!! I have proof and we told them that, they still failed it!!!! They work perfectly. We knew something was wrong with their inspector so we took it elsewhere. It passed immediately. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
I’ve been taking my cars here since I moved to the area. Only complaint I have is that they are so busy all the time.... however the wait is worth it because they’ve always done a great job!
4 hour after leaving the shop, I was stopped by a police officer because I had a brake light out. They had replaced a tag light for $15, but missed the brake light. Showed the officer my receipt and he told me to return to Firestone to get a new brake light. Returned to Firestone and they replaced my brake light at no charge. I had already bought 4 new tires, so my bill was over $1,100.00.
