Sarah is amazing. I came to the shop immediately after popping my tire and I was emotionally distraught. Unfortunately, she called me to alert me that the rim was unfixable, however she did so with kindness. Additionally, she rotated the tires and swapped the spare tire with a rear — no charge. She is so sweet!!! 10/10 person!
Sarah was excellent with us today! We came in to get a tire looked at and she made sure to do everything we asked. She was very kind and supportive of our situation and made our day a hell of a lot better. We will definitely be coming back here!
