RecommendedAfter getting a quote of over $800 for front breaks and rotors from my car dealer I called Firestone and spoke to Albert who was immensely helpful. He told me to come in right away and initially quoted $300 or less. My car was done in 2 1/2 hours and only cost $199! Great service and customer service! I will definitely come here for all my auto needs from now on!

Very frustrating when the manager Brad tells you there's availability to service your vehicle and it should take approximately 90 minutes, takes your phone number and tells you to come in. You show up 20 minutes later to be told it's going to take at least 3.5 hours and you really should leave the vehicle over night! Get your story straight before you have people come in. I'll be servicing our vehicles at another location in the future #PoorCustomerService #Firestone
