RecommendedGreat customer service!!! I have been coming to this location since I moved to DFW in 2014. Service Advisors are very knowledgeable and are detailed in explaining needed services and not selling you lots of unneeded extras. Thanks for all you do!!!

I took my vehicle into the station to ask them about my alignment issues I had some ware on my on my driver side inner tire wear the threads were showing. They said they were going to call me and tell me what was wrong with the vehicle and I said that I (POSSIBLY) would want four other Tires. So they put tires on the car told me what was wrong with the vehicle! Well I only had enough for the repairs not the new tires! I could have driven on my old tires for at least another month! Very unprofessional, beware!!! Manufacturing fees after mechanics breaking parts while attempting repairs! WHAT?! I know the customer is not ALWAYS right, but that does NOT mean CUSTOMER SERVICE goes out the window! Do the RIGHT thing!!
Thank you so much Mark S. and Firestone for saving me today!! I heard something dragging underneath my car today when I got to Irving, but I couldn't see what it was. As I left the Irving office to head to Ft Worth, I heard it again, and after more in depth investigation, noticed a huge rectangular piece hanging by only one corner. They were on point. I was greeted as soon as I entered. They got my car in and out in about an hour. Considering that I was getting an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Safety Check, I believe that was pretty impressive.
If you don't get good service let me know if you don't like the price there's nothing new about that I did not break your car!
Brought work truck in for 48K mi check of belts, filters, oil change etc.. got me in and out in a timely manner.. very courteous.. will be back
