Didn't carry the model tire (dealer exclusive) but they found the offending piece of metal and called the dealer to confirm if they had the model in stock, pumped the tire up with as much air as it would safely hold so I could drive it to the dealer. No charge!
RecommendedThis location has the nicest employees and they actually checks over the car.
They help me in everything I need done with my car. They told me it will be hour and half for the job to be done but they finish it in time. The customer service was awesome. I really appreciate there business
Came in for a”quick” patch.... at 9:10 am....& I’m still here and it’s 30 bucks 3 hours later .... take it anywhere but here... you’re going to be better off .... unless you have time to watch others waste your time or you like paying for other people who are supposed to be helping you get on your way stand around trying to get someone to change their reviews on their website.... if you don’t like your job, do something else besides waste time and piss people off ....: ,
0 Stars management does not know how to deal with upset customers except to threaten them and make them more upset!!! They need to learn to deal with customers here they also. need to not try and cheat there customers they tried to charge me over $170. dollars to replace the pigtail on my brake light which when I went to Kwik Car they couldn't find anything wrong with it, it's just amazing that Firestone would have employees that would try and cheat a customer

Very poor customer service at this place. 2-3 hours for a oil change IF you get there first thing in the morning . I'm here again today for them to attempt to fix a flat tire for the third time in 5 days �
