When I went there, half the employees didn’t have masks and they had no distancing marks on the floor. I won’t do business with a company that doesn’t care about employees or customers and blatantly break the law.

Waited 30 min in the lobby to be addressed. Had made appointment 3 days in advance and showed up on time. Only one person working desk. Dont come here if you are on a time crunch.
Got my Oil changed while waiting . Staff was very polite and professional . Job well done. Will be back for more repair work .
Went in to get brake's bled. Found out l needed new master cylinder. So I basically wasted my money. They did do good work though. 4 out of 5. Only because I have to pay for work that was not needed before fixing route problem. Myself. Will still use Firestone in the future for most mt auto care needs.
Had some trouble last weekend with an appointment and being extremely behind schedule. Won’t go into too many details but I left unhappy after waiting almost 4 hours for an alignment. James, the manager, called me the following day and got me schedule for an alignment that following Sunday, which is now today, and guaranteed I’d be out by 930. A few years ago I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country used and it came with Firestone tires on it at no time did I expect a warrenty on the tires. A few months ago I had a shaking from the drivers side rear tire went to my local firestone dealer in lacey Washington explained what was going on and that I thought it had belt separation in the tire because when I reached highway speeds 60 mph it would shake the van I was told it would be $60 to diagnose the shaking I asked them just to check the tire and again was quoted $60 ... read more
