Recommendedit's the only firestone in my area.
They are nice employees but I don't think they know what they are doing. This is the last place in Kingsport I would ever take a vehicle to again. They told me my car would cost over $2000 to fix a water pump. She is still going. I took a blazer there they said it's a great vehicle and it wasn't. I don't like giving bad reviews but don't waste your money.
Your shop is a scam. You might wanna do a better check on your mechanics. You told my female friend she needed ball joints and tried to charge her 1000 bucks.... Lucky for her I'm handy on a car so I went and got all 4 ball joints for 140 bucks... Went to put them on and all 4 of them were in perfect shape... Shops like yours just make me sick. Out to make money and screw over people that don't know anything about cars..... Just pathetic
I live 500 miles away and realized I had a flat tire. These guys had me in and out with a brand new tire in 48 minutes a day after Christmas.

I never write reviews but I can't resist on this one. This place is a joke. They do not honor they warranties. They try every way possible to get out of honoring their warranties. They are rude and demonstrate behaviors that they just don't care. Employees are more concerned about what they are eating for breakfast then taking care of their clients and what type of batteries they need for their riding lawnmower at home. 5-6 employees huddled around deciding between sausage biscuits or cheddar rounds.
