Went there on three different occasions throughout the last year, definitely the last one yesterday. 1. got new tires there. Waited the longest ever (almost 3hours). Got in car to leave after tires got changed and tire pressure light comes on! Had to go back in and let them fix it. 2. stopped by in husband‘s car with nail in tire. Asked if it could be fixed or if I’d need a new tire. Without even looking at it I was told come back tomorrow. At 6:45 I drove up to have my tire that had a thorn in the side look at and they told me to come back at 7 in the morning. They close at 7pm and they were already closing the doors and the guys were already walking out to their cars. I was like y’all are still open for another 15 mins why can’t y’all just look at it real quick all he said was come back tomorrow.
I went there to get an alignment done. Just bought new FIRESTONE TIRES ALSO. Everything in green. Cool. I had to take my wife to Ft. Worth to the hospital. When I got there I heard a loud "popping" and the steering wheel jerked. Checked my lug nuts and 5 of 6 were loose. Ok. I tightened. NO big deal right? WRONG. I get back home its starts again popping. I jack up the truck to find that BOTH SIDE UPPER CONTROL ARM BOLTS ARE FINGER TIGHT! WHAT THE FUCK? HAD WE LOST THE BOLTS DRIVING THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A WRECK.... DUMB FUCK... read more
I don't feel like It should take from 4:30pm to 7:30pm to get new tires put on. If you can.... Go to the location on North 1st. Communication is better and work is faster and more efficient.
