They got me in and out, however damaged my car. The manager was great. asst. manager very rude.
Scheduled an appointment for my wife for 10a this morning. At 11:30 she had to ask about the status of her car. Clearly an oil change and tire rotation does not take 1.5hrs. Then the gentleman she was talking to was quite rude and condescending to her. So needless to say this is the one and Only time I will use them. I will also be sharing this post to friends and family. Mistakes happen, people get busy, I understand this.
