Based on customer service alone, the gentlemen here gave me fresh coffee and a handful of peanut butter cups while I waited for my ride (after a car break down). The mechanics at Firestone in Liberty made up work that “needed” to be done on my daughters car. It would have cost $1000 on top of the tires and brakes already replaced. We took it to another auto shop for a second opinion and they found nothing wrong. Stay far away from this shop.
My fiancé got tires put on my car yesterday, today was the first time I got to see it in the daylight. Realized one of my BLACK rims is chipped! Called to talk to a manager and got placed on hold and then disconnected. Glad my tires are on, but not happy about my rim.
These guys didn't do what was asked of them then told me to get my "Terminology right". I asked for a front drivers side shock to be replaced and they did the back. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the back. I paid my $325 and they said come and get your car, get your terminology right next time. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. I took my car for simple oil change and since that time it has leaked oil all over my driveway. I took the car back to Firestone so they could check to make sure all components are correct because it did not leak oil prior to taking the car in. The manager Chris told me I’d have to wait or leave it. I asked if he could check it quickly since they inconvenienced me. He said no that I’d need to wait. Wrong! I’ll take my business elsewhere. Shout out to these folks! They took care of me in even checked out things I hadn't even thought of. I appreciated that attention!! The fact that they "worked" me in tells me that the secret is out, they rock ( busy) and yet are accommodating.. thanks again and a special shout out to J-Na ( my spelling is awful and I apologize) she is fantastic!!
They had to order my tires but they were very courteous and prompt.
The service was fast (we had an appointment), the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pricing was just right. They didn't attempt to talk us into paying for any additional services, and we left feeling like they'd really taken care of us.
