Dishonest. Was told my 2015 Jetta was in dire need of a bunch of extra work when I had new tires installed. When discussed with my mechanic it was discovered that this was all false information and the manager practically admitted to it when confronted.
they have always taken care of me. I feel like a part of the "family" even though we are doing business together.
Just got new tires put on my vehicle. They returned it undrivable and said i needed new front brakes. My brakes may have been worn, but the car was completely drivable when i dropped it off, and when i went to pick it up i couldn't even drive it. They (of course) quoted me roughly $250 for front brakes. Very unacceptable. Unprofessional on their part. The vehicle should be returned in the same repair it is dropped off. 'Those kind of mechanics' I dont recommend services be done at this location.
Thought I had run over a nail due to my flat tire and Firestone was able to handle the situation right away. I got great service and I am thankful.
