I walked in at 6:47 P.M. when they close at 7 and no one was here in line or anything and they told me they couldn't do it tonight. Well it takes 5 minutes to change the oil in my truck yet they can't do it. I don't recommend this place at all.
Would NOT recommend-(WASTE OF TIME) went in for brake inspection due to hearing rear wheels squeaking. Was told by Manager himself that it was NOT my brakes and that they were in good condition. They couldn’t say where the noise was coming from but quoted for wheel bearings- even though nothing was bent or damaged. Had second opinion with an actual mechanic and he knew before actually lifting car it was the brakes. I LOVE doing business at the South OKC location! The Manager, Ernest, and staff are fast, friendly, and efficient! They have my full confidence in all of my car care needs! Highly recommend this store!
If you're in need of tires or any type of service for your car, go see Ernest at the S May location. He will take care of you! He is one that I completely trust to take care of my needs and don't have to worry about him trying to sell me something I don't need.
