Appointment for 2 oclock for an Oil Change. Car wasnt even pulled in til 3:30. Total of 2 1/2 hours for an Oil Change, with not even an apology. Will never come to Firestone again for our car needs.

I am treated with respect here!!! Conrads tried to rip me off because I am female, i called their bluff and moved to Firestone for all my cars and all of their maintenance and tires!!!
Made an appointment at 1pm to have my car looked at for a simple oil change and allie meant adjustment. I clarified to make sure I could have it done by the end of the day...they blew off the appointment til 3:30, I had to reach out to hear about the car and I was not complete by the end of the day

Terrible I left a review definitely take a look at it cause I'd like my money back that you caused me to put in. Over tightening my lugs to where I gotta bust them off then give me a rediculous note saying all my tie rods and steering box is ready to fall off trust me baddd experience
Had a great experience at Firestone. Elizabeth is amazing, knowledgeable, and has a great attitude! The guys in the shop had my repairs done in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning for other maintenance in the future. Thanks!
