Recommended8/6/2030 We were traveling with a camper in tow and lost our brakes ( line blew out). Though they were too busy to take on our truck. Knowing it was unsafe to drive further they were so kind to let us use their parking lot and a jack so we could evaluate the issue and if possible fix it our selves. We encountered an issue with a rusted nut they took a moment to come out with blow torch to help remove it. They were very kind and generous to us at a moment when we needed it most! Just amitted they did not have a tech capable of diognosing my horn issue today, they just fixed it last year, try back tomorrow they said

Leominster, MA store #6904. Wednesday 7, Going on a short trip, checked the oil, and other fluids. I thought I saw fluid dripping, or spilled from Power steering unit, or hose. They took me immediately in, checked everything and topped off all the fluids. NO LEAK ... NO CHARGE! 15 minutes. VERY nice, VERY professional, and kind to a senior citizen. Thanks ELVIN for your hands on inspection!
I went in there yesterday for a basic oil change the place was empty when I got there and they came and told me I needed air filters replacement and tires they are new there was no need to replace them then they said 40 minutes I was there 1 hour and a half for a oil change I'm never going back
