Dropped off my car at 11am for new tires and its almost 6pm and haven't even moved my car from where I left it. called the store around 330 was told my car would be done by 7. hadn't even touched the car. went at 530 to pick up my car. 3 guys in the shop and one is vaping and they're just hanging out. complete waste of time. horrible service! lady from check in was nice when I arrived though.

We recommended that our son in law take his '99 Tahoe to Firestone to repair a misfire. He took the truck in and after the repair, he picked it up and after paying for a tune-up it still had the misfire. They took the truck back 2 more times and each time they paid more money and the misfire was never fixed. The final bill was over $2,000 dollars. They went back to complain and were told that previous work prohibited the misfire from being fixed. The truck was taken to another shop and after Firestone couldn't fix the proble... read more
Please Share this with everyone you know friends. It's been 4 weeks and my car has been at Firestone. The ball joint they worked on broke and I lost a tire in morning rush hour traffic before Christmas. They are denying liability and no one is following up with me. The store manager is horrible, the Area manager is not returning calls or helpful, claims barely reached me last week and told me I'd get a call from an inspector early this week and still nothing.
