Called ahead of time and spoke with the manager Keith and he told me he can get to my car. Dropped the car off at 330 and they told me they can get to my car no problem. They called me at 630 saying they cant do it and I should come back another day.
Had an 11:30 AM appointment for an oil change , left Firestone at 1:57 And late to work for nothing , waiting on an air filter to get delivered from autozone , said it was gonna take 5-10mins to get there, took over 40mins to get here just for them to deliver the wrong one . Didn’t even receive an apology or anything. I will not be returning to this location. Ps. Why wouldn’t you take the old sticker off, just stack a new one on top? Lazy .
I feel like Firestone has the closest match to the friendly neighborhood mechanic vibe that I’ve ever found. I’ve always loved my service here and I especially love how helpful they are! Recently I stopped in for an emergency air filter change—I won’t go into the stinky details— and Jesse went above and beyond. He was running between appointments to squeeze me in and this meant so much to me. 5 stars for Firestone and a million stars for Jesse
