This is a long one but I have a lot to say. I scheduled an appointment several days ago for my car to have an oil change and an inspection. I dropped my car off at 11am, and was told that it would be ready for pickup by 5pm. I explained at drop-off the specific concerns I had about my vehicle, including that sometimes when I’m driving up or down the mountain, my ABS light comes on. They said they’d check it out. I appreciate the staff here big time. I’m a first-time car-buyer, & I brought 2 vehicles here to be inspected before I bought them. The first was made out by the dealer to be in way better condition than it actually was, & the manager here & his guys saved me big time by catching that. Then I brought a second car in that they told me was a great buy. I had a lot of double-check questions throughout this process (even coming back a day later to ask some more) & I was only ever treated with patience & honesty. Thank you guys!
If this store is under new management, I would hate to see the old management. First, it took ten minutes to be helped to pay for my service and pick up my car (because answering the phone is more important than helping in person customers). At least the old management would apologize for the wait. Then it took another ten minutes to process my order, but I think he was more concerned with watching the Belmont Stakes on tv.
