We came here due to what we thought to be brake trouble. We are travelling from TN for Thanksgiving. It was determined that we needed rear brakes and rotors. The service was quick however when they brought our car around, they explained that during the process, the car was kept in neutral and the battery had died. They jumped our car and we were on our way. An hour later, we were at home and the car wouldnt start. We got a jump, came back to Firestone and they tested the battery. This place is awful,I warn anyone to not go here !! I have 3 babies I travel with and when the did the diagnosis today they did not finish it !! Instead they left the parts to put back on on the passenger seat with the bolts. I'm in shock and furious. They charged my grandmother 96 dollars for an incomplete JOB !!!! Do not trust this place !!! HORRIBLE!!!!
I came to the store thinking my power steering belt had broken. They found that the belt had slipped off. Their estimate to fix my car was $1252.52. They said coolant had leaked onto the belt and cause it to slip off. They wanted to replace my timing belt, water pump, camshaft seal, etc. Anyway my mechanic took one look and saw that the coolant was leaking from the radiator cap. New cap was $6.48.
