On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. Wonderful customer service and they patched a tire another place refused to. Will go back next time I need tires.
Just because I am female doesn't mean Im stupid. You took advantage and Im not returning your call. You're reasoning you left was bogus an my thoughts were confirmed by two other garages. You got me and I'll never be back. You ripped me off! It was bad enough you said in the morning that you could inspect it at noon. Then when I got there you tell me its a hour 45 min wait. If you wouldn't have cheated me Id of been more than happy to let you do the other things you recommended but you lost my trust an business.
I just walked in today to see if I can get an oil change. They took me right away and half way through the change I remembered I needed my tires rotated. It was no problem and everything that needed done got done. Will definitely be back and recommend this place.
I have only been living in Hanover for 3yrs so still testing the waters on Auto Service and repair facilities, have tried a few but I must say my experience at Firestone was excellent, management was great right down to the service Tech so pleased that I decided to open a charge account, was approved in 60sec, mainly because I was so impressed, bottom line is I will return. ��
Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) of this place!! The instructions for this review says to tell people what I thing about Firestone Complete Auto Care for here in Hanover, PA...well here is what I think. I think they are a total "rip off".
