I went here for help with the tires I bought a year ago, I had 17,000 miles on my mothers car when I purchased 40,000 mile tires . At 34,000 miles I went to this place of “business “ with complaints of excessive wear and vibration. A man named Rob seemed to dismiss my concerns and only attempted to sell me another set of tires! Beware of the tactics of this business.
They were very professional and answered all my questions. Also they treated me w respect being that I’m a lady. THANKS GUYS!!!!
Mechanics and a little slow but every one is friendly especially the front/main desk person Jimmy. Love this shop so much friendlier than the Stroudsburg one. I am only 20 mins from Stroudsburg firestone and would rather drive the hour to go to Dickson city firstone. My wife and I have has so many issues with the Stroudsburg firestone. Just take you vehicle to Dickson city. Friendlier staff.
I had a dead battery and called Firestone after Triple A got it started. They told me they had one in stock and I went right up. They took me immediately and I couldn’t be happier! Ramzi the technician did an excellent job! Everyone was so nice there and friendly! I would recommend Firestone to everyone!

Went to get a nail removed from my tire, Service men where rude no personality at all. I felt like I was bothering them. I will never recommend them ever.
Great service, friendly workers and not a crazy wait. Appointments not necessary but can be made on line. Convenient hours.
Been coming here for years. Usually in and out no problem. Never had to make an appointment for an oil change until this time. 3 hours for an oil change and check my AC.. store remodeled looks nice
