called made an appointment but it doesn't seem to matter if you have one or not. Took them an hour and half just to tell me my tire was unrepairable. Then another hour to put a new one on and do an alignment. walk ins were priority it seemed.

This place is great, I been coming here for many years with different vehicles. Some may complain about the wait...but they do have cars that are left overnight,major repairs and etc. Plus they tell you the exact wait time do you know ahead of choosing the repair or service. I highly recommend this place!
I have always had awesome service at Firestone but today was just all bad waited over an hour with an appointment and still did not get my oil changed. Not HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
