My salesman had almost no knowledge of light truck tires, and was unable to provide a quote for a 10 ply tire rated for 3000lb load. I purchased tires elsewhere and scheduled an install and alignment, and was told it would take about an hour and a half. Three and a half hours later, I left for home. I arrived with a flat tire. Avoid. Booked an appointment and showed up to have them tell me I needed to wait 3-4 hours to have my car serviced. Head to south st motors just next door. Don't bother.
I needed a new set of tires and Firestone totally hooked me up! I was able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up before they closed, so I didn’t have to wait around. The service technician, Noah, and the manager, Anthony, were both super professional and kind. Overall a 10/10 experience, definitely recommend them!
