We called on a Sunday to see about getting a tire mounted on a new rim, Patrick was very friendly and told us to come. He did the work for us perfectly and was just a blessing to us, highly reccomend. Thanks Patrick!!
It is very sad when you have an appt and they're an hour late starting. Then it takes 3 hours to install 4 tires. Never in my life has it taken so long for something this simple. Don't recommend their services.
Called trying to schedule an appointment get put on hold by Dalton so long the phone hangs up then I call back and Patrick answers says he's busy with another customer to and throws me on hold again. Not so good customer service. There service is going down hill fast.
I brought my SUV in for an alignment, brake fluid exchange, some general diagnostics, and a tire rotation. I was called about 50 min after drop off and told they were done with the car but couldn't complete the alignment. I said I'd be over so they could show me the issue. I got an email report claiming I had some bad suspension components and a brake line. They didn't mention anything about the brake issue on the phone so I was still unsure the concern with that. I had a flat yesterday came in to get it fixed. Don't know if it was done correctly or not. But I came back the next morning when I got off work and spoke with Caleb and he did make it right for me
