Unacceptable service and incorrect information
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Disappointing experience. I came here for a quick oil change a couple days ago, and was told that their appointment software didn’t send my appointment time. After I showed them a confirmation email, I was rescheduled for a few days later. No biggie. Dropped my car off again at 10 am and was told that I would be called when my car was finished. After a day of errands, I was never called. I came back at 5 pm and they told me that they needed 15 more minutes to change the oil. I waited all day for the service and am still wait... read more
I did some work personally and went in for an alignment. I at first scheduled with another location and they said that a tech wouldn’t be there to do it a day before the appointment. So I scheduled here over the phone. Got to the store and they said we have no history of you making an appointment. In other words I think you’d be better going to a Midas. These folks like putting the square peg in the round hole.
