The Firestone located on First Avenue in Evansville is an outstanding, professional and reliable shop. It is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been to in Evansville. Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. They assisted me with retrieving a very important item that I lost in my air flow duct tube under the driver’s seat of my truck. took too long to do repair work, kept ordering the wrong parts. put wrong information on work order and invoice, not completed when promised
Called and made an appointment for the next day, guy said he would get them ordered. My husband drove 10 miles south of Boonville to get there...the man did NOT order the tires. Ridiculous waste of time and gas. Definitely would not recommend these bozos
When I got home from work, I noticed that the rear brake lights would not turn off. I took a chance on Firestone still being open. It was closing time, and Nick, the new manager, was finishing with another customer. Yet, he told me he would take a look, and was able to fix the lights. Nick could have said "Come back tomorrow", but he helped me immediately. He was skilled, professional, efficient, and above all, kind and generous with his time and expertise. Bless him!
