DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE ON WASHINGTON AVE! Took my car there for a basic oil change and they told me I needed new struts, ok fine! Then as soon as I pick my car up I have several lights appear on my dash board, so I take it back in they print me off a bogus list of diagnostic codes that are not related to the lights on along with a list of additional repairs total to $3k !!! My car was fine before I took it there for a basic oil change! DO NOT GO THERE!
I bought 4 new tires from this store and when i buy they told me tire balancing is included lifetime and now they are telling me it’s not included worst service
Amazing work, amazing worker, wouldn’t think about taking my car any where else
Guy working the front desk and the mechanic were great! I was told at jiffy lube that all my CV axle were broke and they quoted me $2800 to fix all 4. Took my car into Firestone for an alignment and they checked and actually took me out there to show me that NONE of my cv axles are broke. Definitely will be taking my car here again.
