I would rate 0/0 but that’s not an option. Brought my car in for 3 codes (that 3 other OBD machines had) there’s “only had one” after repeatedly trying to explain to the front desk lady that we understood the coil was bad we were wanting to know what else was wrong with it. I’m not sure if she was just stupid and didn’t understand what I was saying, She just kept repeating “if you don’t like our diagnosis then come get your car” then hung up on me. Poor service made me make an appointment so that the next day I would be seated waiting for almost an hour and then told that they did not have the tire number I needed.
Fantastic. That location always gets me in gets me serviced and gets me back on the road plus they're parking lot's big enough for more than one car to fit in so that's a help as I drive a long bed dually as well.
Fast service and very reliable customer service.
Extremely helpful worked me in and got it done within a reasonable time
