BrianAnd too the young workers there too was unprofessional when I went up there to set up my appointment the guy I talked to the first time was very professional, but Brian and the young guys there that morning no they put everybody called first. They had our car jacked up for a long time and was not messing with it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Firestone itself is a reputable company, but this location requires closure. I always make a point to schedule my appointments in advance. In February, I came in for an alignment, and an oil change waited about an hour before being told that my tires were in poor condition and the service couldn't be completed. I had firestone on washington ave in evansville Indiana in February 2025 to check out my cars front end alignment and I was told I needed new trail arms and control arms at a estimated price of their's for $1600.00 to fix my car. I took my car to another reliable mechanical place and had them check out car a couple days later and was told nothing was wrong with my car...Firestone was trying to rip me off!!! BEWARE
