They were very kind and went out of their way to help me with a issue I was having with my car. 😁👍
I’ve been coming to this location for probably 10 years and they are always top notch. Always honest, timely, and trustworthy. I’ve had friends go to other Firestone locations that have made big mistakes and opt not to disclose their mistakes to my friend, or sell them things they don’t really need. I’ve never dealt with anything like that from this store and I will always bring my vehicles here.
I would not recommend it. They do very bad work.
Our local Firestone auto care center is extremely convenient, and close to our home. I was able to go online to check to see what tires were in stock, the price and relevant information like tread life, traction, noise level of the tire, etc. I called, set up an appointment and had our truck back with new tires installed, balanced and alignment checked in a day. Not much to say because it went smoothly and with now drama - I couldn’t ask for much more (well, unless I could get my tires for free!!)
They got me in at the last minute, did my oil change, and got me out. Price was kind of high, even with the 25.00 off coupon, still more than the dealer, but.. Great service, guys were very nice and efficient. The location is very convenient, and I will be back as needed.
