Burt and Geoge are always extremely patient and thorough. I have been doing business with Firestone/Tires Plus for over 20 years and these guys (and staff) are the best one two punch in all those years.
I was thrilled at how easy it was to make an appointment using the chat feature, and how soon I was able to get in. I was surprised that it took as many hours to complete the service appointment as it did, but it was not an inconvenience or bother. I appreciated the updates from my service manager, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Previous services for an oil change were over $100, and did not include tire rotations at a local competitor. Very kind and respectable treatment, I was very pleased with all interactions.
These guys are always straightforward and helpful, and the cost is lower than the dealers by a lot. They can't always fix everything, but they're honest and are my first choice for assessments and routine maintenance. The next time I buy a used car, I'm bringing it to them for a once-over first.
George, Tony & Dwayne did such a great job. Can't Thank them enough!!!!
