Appointments available. Service, communication and time involved was as good as it could be!
Took the car in for a AC fix. Pick the car up and get it home. Check engine light comes on. I call. They claim they have nothing to do with it. Very dishonest guys. Do your self a favor. Go somewhere else.
I finally got my new car and then I had to go get it serviced for the a/c it took 3 days I only had the car for 2 days before I went to Firestone I once I got it I noticed the check engine light on I thought it's turn off by time I got home because I really didn't want to go back and not have a car for even more time, once I got home I scanned it with my scanner and it had the code that was for the p00B4 and a code for the coolant being to hot I don't know what they did to my car because I checked the most common areas and I... read more
The Service Mgt team is always respectful of my time. The lifelong tire alignment program is well worth the $. The place is clean, comfortable and staff is professional.
