Took me 3 attempts to get in here. made appointment online and was called back each time saying the times weren't open.Then i get in on the 3rd try and they overcharged me and wouldn't give me a receipt. shame on me for not confirming price but I never saw any pricing until I came to pick up. $160 for an oil change (with a $25 coupon) including the 3 quarts at $18 each. y
The Service Mgt team is always respectful of my time. My car always runs great after any service performed by them, no matter the location. My favorite location is in Olathe, though.
Awesome experience at Firestone, had a nail in my tire and these guys got it repaired super fast and at a reasonable price. Recommended 👍
