Absolutely the best store in the state
Went in for an oil change. After completed I drove away and after a mile low Oil lights came on. All the oil drained out as oil filter was Not put on correctly ! Two employees came to place I stopped and put in oil and another filter. No excuse for this Major mistake that could have blown the engine!
I am not very knowledgeable regarding tires. The staff along with consultation with my son helped me make what appears to be a great decision.
George was rude when he called to confirm the appointment. Then after he and his guys looked at my vehicle for 5mins he let me sit in the lobby for 40mins before telling me it was to late to file a claim with SilverRock Warranty. Complete waste of time. Will not be back and will actively tell others of my experience at this location.
