“Always deliver more than expected” Co-founder of Google, Larry Page, said this. Ricky, a Firestone service representative, did just that as I had only wanted an oil change. Rickey inquired if I wanted to open an account with them and I submitted an application. A glitch occurred and we had to redo everything. This was a bit time consuming but in every small effort, Ricky went an extra mile, waiving my oil change fee and entering me in a lottery for a gift card. I was the lone applicant!!! Wow the possibilities!
