Just bought a new tire from Firestone. Customer service was super nice. I left with a brand new tire and a new scratch on my paint. Anything they can do for me? I'll find out when they're open.
Just got off the phone with them, and they had done a brake job that I explicityly told them would have to wait. They are now putting the old parts back, and if I don't get a good explanation when I pick up my truck, I'll be looking for another shop.
They are always very helpful..and their work is outstanding.
