Went for an alignment, turns out I didn’t need one but they decided to mess with a couple thing anyways and charge me $$97.91. Why would you continue knowing you didn’t need to do anything? They literally ripped me off. Now the store manager won’t contact me.
took care in an oil change tire rotation and to have them replace a burnt out headlight bulb. 2.5 hours and a complete rip off job done by both the manager and the shop crew I get my car back only to have the headlight still not replaced along with the my passenger side break light out. call them back to schedule an appointment for them to fix there mistakes and they refused to help me out saying that it was my fault and not there responsibly. do not recommend going to this place
Recommendedvery courteous staff , took car in for oil change they also filled washer fluid , checked tire pressure cleaned windows very impressive with service I received it was my first time there I will be back whenever I need my car serviced
We have used Firestone in Manhattan for several years now for routine auto maintenance like oil changes and we have been very happy with them. The front desk service reps are always knowledgeable, sharp, polite, friendly, and helpful. The service work is always done in a timely manner and we have never had any issues. I enjoy doing business with them.
Made an appointment well in advance for 4:00 today. Get there, check in, give them my name and appointment time...they take my keys...at 5:05 still sitting and waiting. Ask the receptionist how much longer it would be...and she asks me if I have an appointment....really? Same person I checked in with is now asking if I had an appointment...not going back.
A first rate crew that works seamlessly to get their customer back on the road quickly. Wow, I was impressed!
Great customer service! Stopped using them because of the previous management. Heard there was new management and came back. What a good difference in customer service, knowledge, and great work all the way around.
