Had a 5:00 appointment. car was not touched until 5:45, which was when the appointment was to be completed. I understand things get backed up, but yhe staff was indifferent to the tardiness
Zero customer service over the phone, called twice, waited to talk to a PERSON, then it connected and the individual clearly just hit the drop call button. I’ll be buying 4 tires for my Mercedes somewhere else today.
