Poor customer service. They were not rude, just unfriendly and unconcerned. Like the customers are a after thought. This Firestone clearly doesn't want you to wait because they only have 5 chairs. I went for a oil change and Alignment. So why was the clock in my car changed. Someone was doing something they weren't supposed to be doing or didn't know how to do something. my clock never should have been touched for the service I had requested. Maybe I will try a different Firestone next time. Maybe.
Good service and very hospitable staff. Only minor complaint was it took a little longer than I was anticipating. Would definitely recommend!

I won't go anywhere else! They're honest about prices up front and are always looking for ways to save me money. Everything they have done on my car has been perfect. I'm thankful for the friendly employees they have at the Smyrna location.
Installed tires I bought from Tire Rack. Very pleased with service. Did not try to pressure me into extra services. Great price and very clean and convenient.
This place is a joke. They put the lug nuts on your tires with a impact wrench instead of using a torque wrench they don't do a safety check I just got two new tires put on my truck today and the one tire that they rotated they didn't even check the pressure or anything and it went flat 2 hours later and there is no hole in the tire
Had a horrible time today with my tires. They said they could not reset my need oil change and rushed me out the store. The manager says right to my face that he knows nothing about cars. Wtf is he working there for. Will never return and car still is not correct. They say come back tomorrow. Very horrible experience
