So I go in for new tires, the store manager prints out invoice, it includes road hazard insurance that I never asked for it, I ask him to remove the item, but he still leaves life time balance cost for about $75, he says it's mandatory, I will talk to BBB to verify if this mandatory and if not, it's time for small claims suit. Will keep you posted.

Firestone is amazing. Danny, Richard and Hugo always take good care of our family and multiple cars.Excellent service here. Don't waste your time with Costco. Firestone is way better and available for emergencies on road trips.
