Hit or miss on the service you'll get. I took my vehicle there and they kept telling me what was wrong and the cost. No one knew the error code though. When someone finally told me the code, it didn't coincide with the fault they listed or the symptoms my car was exhibiting. Also, the time and price to fix the item they said was way off. This place was a good place until something changed. FOURS hour wait after a 9am appointment? Lack of leadership/management or maybe the wrong people are hired!

Here is a few comments I made, on your most recent Facebook posts, no particular order I’m sharing these in. It certainly won’t be an alignment! Twice in two weeks I’ve driven 20 minutes each way to get alignment for NOTHING. Please save your money and time. Wish I listened to EVERYONE in Brockport who told me to avoid this place. Must be a lot of miscommunication between the workers cause I was told so many things everytime I would call.

Let's say none of them know how to do their job INCLUDING THE MANAGER RICK THAT RYAN CALLED bc my son ordered and PAID FOR his tires online.
