RecommendedThey got me in the night I absolutely needed tires after running over a piece of sheet metal. 2 hrs before closing. I was due anyway, but the sheet metal hit made it critical. There is always someone to say something bad but not enough people to say something good! They have great customer service. I have been working with them intensively the last year and more casually over the last several years. Always courteous and helpful, they take care of the job, one way or the other!!! I've been taking my cars here to Frank and his staff for the past 11 years since I moved to New London. Always quick, professional, and honest people and the customer waiting area is always sparkling clean and comfortable.

I will be coming down to request that Firestone reimburse me for repairs I needed to have done because of incompetence, when Firestone New London installed a new exhaust system in my Jeep. I will give you kudos if you own up to your mistakes and reimburse me for the expenses I incurred and should not have been needed if the job was done properly. If you need to speak with the guys at Guys auto service in Niantic regarding the corrective actions they needed to take because the botched exhaustion job that is fine with me also.
