This place is the best! SERIOUSLY! ! Staff is super friendly & professional! Within 2 weeks I unexpectedly had to have various front-end work done on vehicle. Each time something was done, my mechanics unexpectedly said I would need an alignment, afterwards. That had me uncomfortable because sooo many businesses these days can be unprofessional, unfriendly, etc. BUT! BE ASSURED! YOU WON'T FIND THAT AT THIS PLACE! SUPER SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE THANK YOU LOUISVILLE COLORADO FIRESTONE!

Don't go here. I've brought my vehicle here a few times. The last time I had an oil change it was overfilled by a 2 or 3 quarts. I was not aware until a few months later oil was leaking out of the engine. I brought it to Ford to have it looked at which found it was overfilled and caused 3 seals to require replacement. I raised it with this shop and am seeking for them to pay for the repair. They've attempted to contact corporate about it a few times but no one contacted me. I'm now having to settle this in court.
Firestone in Superior is superior. I have been in twice in the last month. Once for an alignment and another for a tire plug. They have been quick and thorough. Very helpful. The best Firestone in the area.
