Great. Fast. Great service.
Came in for an oil change. Got it done, no problems. Super fast, less than 30 minutes. Tech Ethan knows his Hondas. Also one of the nicest lobbies in a Firestone I’ve been to. Carpeted waiting area, nice chairs, and coffee. Ethen, at the kiosk, was polite and professional.
Started off by bringing one car in here because they had fair pricing and they seem to be pretty thorough. Now I bring my whole family’s vehicles in and I also recommend this location to friends and family. The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and they don’t try to oversell you on things like other places do. Sometimes I’ll get an estimate for something and if it’s a job I can do. I just tell him I am gonna do it myself and save some money and they completely understand and I’m happy to pay the fee for their troubleshoo... read more
