I had a blow out Sunday got my vehicle towed to Firestone on county west Rd &Kermit hwy... Dude who work there went outside came back an said that we wouldn't make it back to California claimed I blew a piston put on my motor which I know I didn't ( I'm not a mechanic but I know my truck an I had just had it serviced the week before) I called another gentleman REAL MECHANIC he came to me within 30 mins checked my truck an asked who told me this FALSE information because my motor was fine it had a small oil leak which I alrea... read more

The service for alighnment and new kit bolts at $500 was not up to par. My car was out of alighnment. What shop charges and doesn’t service their clients right. The West County shop is the worse.
RecommendedCustomer service was good when I bought tires from here. Manager was helpful and very nice. He told me I needed to replace my shocks on top of buying 6 tires. I would’ve bought shocks IF the labor fee wasn’t stupid expensive. $1,700 and some change for 4 shocks. About $800 of that was just labor.
I have heard so many horror stories about this location. Recently my wife took her car for a thermostat to be replaced. They wanted to charge her. 426.00 . 89.00 for a 8.00 thermostat and 49.00 for an oring that cost 6.00. If there are good reviews about them it must be the managers making them up or family and friend's.Unless you have unlimited time and money to blow. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Me and my husband have been traveling on this Christmas Eve and as we were coming through Odessa we noticed a nail in our tire. We called a 24 hour tire guy and he told us to try Firestone. We called and an employee answered. It was 4:26pm and the guy informed us that he closed shop at 4pm. Really? If I had an employee that was still on location and turned away someone in need, he would be a former employee. AJ was my sales guy and did a great job! My delay there wasn't their fault, was my company delaying the approval. But once approved, they got it right in, replaced two tires and a oil change in 30 min! Definitely would go back!
Took 4 hours to get a new set of tires on my work truck never goin back salesperson very respectable
