Took car in for new battery in recent cold snap, purchased new battery, two days later car wont start. Got car jumped took back in they said battery just fine. You would think to keep business they would have simply replaced with a new battery, NOPE! They want $ 99 to do an analysis. VERY POOR Customer Service. I will not use them again. Caution, Caution!
I won't take my vehicles anywhere else, ish takes good care of me
First time at this Firestone location today. Bought 4 new tires, wheel alignment, and oil change at an AWESOME price! Extremely friendly staff! Thank you to everyone for a great job and making my car run like a dream once again!!!! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!
