How can I drive my car into the shop I can’t drive it home and it’s three years old. They said I needed an Alternator and a battery. My car won't stop over heating And my ignition and accessory lights are on and won't shut off All because I took it in for an oil change. The manager began cursing at me because I questioned what happened to my car. I’m gonna call corporate because this is horrible. My car doesn’t work now because of them. How can I get to work. Unbelievable! Mishawaka Firestone is horrible!

My tire was low and just needed about 30 seconds of air to help get me home - 3 empty bays, guys standing around doing nothing... was told "Nope, won't fill it for free unless you get service done." What kind of crap is THAT? I could see if your service bays were packed full, or every guy was busting their butt... Even crappy Wal-Mart will put air in a tire and not "require service" (and I hate Wal-Mart). Thanks for nothing Firestone.
