RecommendedBeen going there for years( 22nd street) but today for an oil change and to get the car ready for winter I waited two hours. I had a delay due to not having an oil filter for my car in stock come from another retailer. The staff was super nice, but my day was spent mainly there so I couldnt get everything done. Luckily Brian the manager gave me a free oil change for the spring, so Im grateful for that, but in the past the service was much better and they seemed short on help and I made an appointment too.
I usually go here and never have issues with my appointments, which are usually done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, last night I got a flat tire and had to have it towed here after hours. I called this morning, right after the store opened, and Nate was super helpful. He called back in a hour and a half later letting me know they were done with replacing my tire. They are very accommodating and would definitely recommend their services.
All the people are nice, funny and do their jobs well. I've been going to this store since I moved to Decatur (from Texas) 10 yrs ago. Only place I go to for tires.

These folks were heading out the door on a Friday evening and took time to help me out with a flat! They didn't charge me for changing the tire either! Much appreciated!
