What is in a name???? I am a PAYING CUSTOMER. Doesn’t matter if their is any affiliation to the company. I go in like a customer I generate a ticket like a customer and I patiently wait like a customer.... all though the manager at this location.... let’s say her name is (A) has no professionalism whatsoever ever. She is disrespectful and can’t handle stress or the pressures of the work load given at all. She needs more management training, apparently anger management classes and definitely needs to learn how to speak to her... read more

After purchasing 4 brand new tires from a different place I had a screw in one and took it back and they said there would be a 3 hour wait so I went to my Firestone and the girl at the counter was very nice and they got me in and out in less than an hour.
